All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail. International orders are shipped with Royal Mail in the UK and will be delivered by your local postal service in the destination country.

- You will receive a dispatch notice email as soon as your item has been shipped.
- UK Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over £35. For orders under £35 there is a small shipping surcharge. Standard shipping typically takes between 1-3 working days.
- UK Express Shipping is available at an additional charge and will be fulfilled by Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed by 13:00 the next working day. Express shipping is tracked by default and a signature will usually be required upon delivery.
EU & Worldwide Shipping
- Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over £35. For orders under £35 there is a small shipping surcharge. Standard shipping will use Royal Mail here in the UK and your local postal service in the destination country. Delivery estimate is 4-11 working days after the order is dispatched. Please note that standard shipping is not trackable.
- Standard Tracked Shipping will use Royal Mail International Tracked and will be delivered by your local postal service in the destination country. Delivery estimate is 4-11 working days after the order is dispatched. This service provides full tracking and a signature will usually be required upon delivery.
- There may be customs/duties charges applicable to your order upon receipt of the delivery. Any customs charges/duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We ship from the UK; for any orders being placed to a country outside of the UK, import charges may be applied upon import of the goods to your country. These charges vary and are outside of our control. All orders being exported out of the UK will have a customs notice declaration (CN22) which will detail the products purchased along with their retail price. This will inform the customs duties that you will pay when your items are imported to your country.
- If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, please inform our customer service team via Instagram, Twitter or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
- If you are placing an order to a shared address such as a work or university we highly recommend you use a Signed for service, since we are not liable for parcels that go missing when delivered to a shared address. Please note, signed for services can be added at no additional cost, simply leave a note in the delivery section at checkout for this service to be added to your delivery at no additional charge.
