At Lunar Watch Straps, we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. That's why we've created the Lunar Satisfaction Guarantee, which gives our customers 60 days to return or exchange any unwanted products for a full refund.
- Simply send us a message on Instagram or Twitter quoting your order number, or if you prefer, email email@example.com to initiate a refund/exchange request.
- All products must be returned in as good as new condition, including all original packaging.
- Please allow up to 3 working days for refunds to be processed.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund requests received after 14 days of the original order date will not include the original postage fee in the refund. Any refunds received inside the 14 day period will be refunded as per consumer rights.
- Refunds being sent from outside of the EU must include a customs note stating the package contains a return of unwanted goods. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties charged and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you received a free gift as part of your order and you would like a refund, you must also return the free gift.
- All of our products are stringently checked at various quality control gates before being carefully packed and shipped, but If for any reason the item you receive is faulty or damaged, please get in touch immediately via Instagram messenger, Twitter messenger or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include an image capturing the fault which will help to speed up the exchange/refund process.
